Pros

Director level and below are some of the best Leaders in the Industry.

Cons

Senior Leadership is some of the worst I have ever seen. They only concern they have for their employees is that employees comply with their unreasonable demands. This past year they enforced a Vax mandate on SOME employees but not all. Employees that did not comply were FIRED. I don't know of any exemptions that were granted. Some of these employees had been with the Company 10+ or 20+ years. I smell a big lawsuit coming.

Pros

Bonuses aren't taxed at higher rate, easy job to get into if you good at customer service. Pay is decent compared to other call centers.

Cons

Toxic work culture, popularity contest, HR and upper management are very immature without upper education and won't promote people with high education.
