Pros

- If you are a college student the money is good - Benefits for everyone PT/FT - flexible schedule

Cons

- when you are done with college and you get your degree you realize this company does not care about that. The pay is the same with or without education. Very low chance of moving to corporate even with degree. -pay is based on the volume of your store. They can switch you to a slow store whenever they please. It happened to me. Your pay gets a huge cut just like that, nothing you can do. - Once you get into retail, you stay in retail. Does not matter what your degrees are. They will tell you a story about that ONE person that made it out. - After a 2 years or so, the constant dealing with customers gets to you and work no longer becomes enjoyable. You start wishing you were somewhere else.
