The sr director of the social team (team lead) is a narcissistic psychopath and projects her insecurities onto her team. She gives inconsistent feedback, arbitrary deadlines, and will throw her team under the bus at every opportunity if it makes herself look better. She is a leader in name only and tries to build 'team culture' by forcing her team to participate in activities and guilting them when they are unable to participate due to work or personal commitments. She does not advocate for her team, only herself. She does not respect paid time off or working hours. The company leadership is not any better. Priorities frequently change mid-campaign, leaving working teams little time (sometimes less than a week) to execute. This is the norm, not the exception. People across the company are burned out and under appreciated. There is little opportunity for career growth. This feedback is consistently given in every company survey and still ignored.

Everything horrible management the vp, director, all the account managers have been fired. The denver office has a manager with no experience and no college degree. Completely over his head and wants to micromanage and organizes 4 meetings a week to discuss family animals and waste time.
