      Pros

      The benefits and the pay are the only thing keeping me around. Some of the work is fun and they try to make it a fun environment, if you have the time to participate.

      Cons

      You will be over worked and will have 0 chance of a standard promotion unless you apply for it. Then you will be competing with everyone inside and outside of the company. They tout that they are flexible working environment but that’s not the case. At times I have worked night and day with no salary bump or assistance.

      Culture shift since merger - more micromanagement, siloing teams, top-heavy org structures Abysmal pay - peers at other companies will regard you as a mouth breather for working here Raises are a joke Not an environment for Type-A individuals SLT intentionally blind to retention issues Dishonest RTO/vaccine policies Years to get patent payouts Penny pinching to afford stock buy backs instead of investing in the company
