Pros

Strong focus on employee growth and development, with significant investment in both personal and career advancement. The company encourages community engagement and volunteering, creating a meaningful impact beyond the workplace. Offers competitive benefits including tuition assistance, stock options, and comprehensive employee benefits. Collaborative team environment with access to tools and resources needed for success.

Cons

High performance pressure with strict metrics and heavy workload. Work-life balance can be challenging, and frequent changes in priorities or processes can create stress for frontline leaders.

Pros

Great team members. Benefits are good.

Cons

Very toxic company. They can never decide on a product direction. You will spend a year or more building a product from the ground up and just as you are ready to launch they will go in a different direction with something they have been working on behind closed doors (it happened more than once). C-suite constantly lies, they tell you everything is great layoffs are done and they turn around and have more layoffs. People are already stretched thin because of all of the people they have let go. They push their politics on employees and if you don't agree you better watch your back. It is not a good environment.

Pros

I loved how I did not have to work any of the holidays. TBH, that's probably it.

Cons

Working at TMOBILE and the little entitled children literally stole every ounce of joy from my life, to the point that earlier this year I had to step away from the business to get a break. This company and it's employees drove me to attempt self harm, had to seek professional help. After 3 months on FMLA/ short termed disability, when I returned to work, they had concocted a false allegation that resulted in termination. There was no autonomy in being able to create and manage my team, being micromanaged at every corner. This place is probably great for the current generation, not for the experienced. Pay is ok
