Great Benefits Great Career Development Creative People Lots of Opportunity

Low merit increases decrease motiviation - if you do the bare minimum you will get 1% raise annually, if you work really hard you will get 3%. That is not a lot of incentive to work hard if you only get 2% more than the person phoning it in. - Small pay increases with each promotion, but the jump from Sr. Manager to Director is double the pay, I wish tmobile would spread the wealth and give significant, 20% pay increases for promotions as opposed to the 5% increase most see from level to level.

i can work remote and get paid for doing mostly slides and decks

always changing, projects get scrapped at the last minute, lots of politics

Great job, and pay and the work life balance was great

Cons

Always looking to lay people off. I got laid off twice in 2 years. And I was with the company for 17 years
