Pros
Great pay, great benefits, good people to work with, good incentive bonuses.
Cons
No one is ever really fully informed when it comes to policy changes. Reps are now sales based and offers must be made on every call. Not fair to customers, nor do the like the change. Morale of call center gone down since merger in the works. No sick days. You do accrue vacation time, but just b/c you request a day doesn't mean it will be approved. Stressful due to all the changes. Used to be awesome. Company doesn't seem to think things through. They spent major money on a three day sales training and less than a week later turned our center into a renewal queue. Very unorganized.
