      Needs to actually practice work/life balance

      Pros

      Great pay, great benefits, good technology, striving to always learn what works and doesn't to make things better, take ideas from reps and put into place. Had 1 great coach (he left because his wife got a job that paid good enough for him to be a house dad). had 1 other good coach, and he wound up getting promoted.

      Cons

      Top management states that work/life balance is important, but it doesn't always work. I took care of my parents' dog in the mornings (she's elderly and needs massage for her arthritis, which I learned and taught to my parents before I moved), I did household chores, and got ready for work. I didn't have a chance to go out or start dating again after my divorce.

      Pros

      Great employee phone plan. Cheap Healthcare(United Healthcare) Comission structure is decent. If you make/exceed sales goals you can take home a decent paycheck Discounts from other retailers & resturants through T-Mobile coporate perks site,

      Cons

      Standing on your feet all day. Dealing with FlexPay and Prepaid departments...all outsourced! AT&T acquisition looming and with that a decrease in morale in both employees and customers. Very metric oriented company. Activation, Upgrade, Mobile Broadband, 180 day deacts, TLC's are all tracked so if you're not making or not close to making your numbers, be prepared to be "coached" a.k.a. receive a PIP(Performance Improvement Plan)

      Pros

      Decent compensation package and GREAT benefits. Good "open door" policy with management.

      Cons

      Depending on the location of your store, if the coverage wasn't the best, there tended to be a smaller customer base.
