Pros

THE BENEFITS ARE GREAT, PAY, ETC.

Cons

Hypocrisy rampant. You can break company rules and get away with it if management likes you. Impossible to move up in the company. Management is hired from outside the company. All managers are looking for jobs outside the company now. People quitting when they find new jobs. Stores are already closing due to the acquisition.

Pros

Team environment Coaches and Senior Reps are helpful in problem solving Recognition is always given Bonuses Terrific Benefits package Time off is easy to request Getting OOHed ( "Out of Here") during slow shifts

Cons

Because of high retention, advancement is possible, but few opportunities pop up regularly. The only complaint is the inflexibility of scheduling. Same shift all the time, and shift bids only every 6-9 months
