      Great company. They way the merger is being handled is completely ridiculous.

      Pros

      The benefits are great and are one of kind. Great discount on phone and great employee rates. Has a great atmosphere to have fun. Great place to learn the technology and an awesome variety of phones to have hands on training. Great customer service and customer care to help when you need that extra help.

      Cons

      Not enough room for advancement. This might just be a regional issue. Not impressed with management decisions, senior management is completely incompetent. The choices that upper management makes for their candidates for store managers, well, they must be desperate. There seems to be a great deal of laziness on the part of store managers as a whole.

      Pros

      The company rewards based on performance, so if you work at a good store you can make great commission plus your base pay. It is a pretty easy job, as far as sales go and they don't ask for too much. Great job to have during school or while looking for another job.

      Cons

      Everything is dependent upon the store you work at. I worked at a corporate location which also happened to be one of the least busy stores. Typically we ended up dealing with more problems than anything. When looking at a potential job opportunity, check out the stores atmosphere and location.

      Pros

      Great commission on top of hourly pay, work is simple just know your products, great people, no drug test, great discounts on service, management tends to be very friendly, i found it a great place to work all together.

      Cons

      The interview process was quite extent out of four interviews i had to do all over the different stores they had and different managers to finally get the call back telling me i had gotten the job if i had wanted it.
