      Pros

      Work environment is fun and friendly. If you are driven then you'll get to work on many different areas and exposure to new and challenging projects.

      Cons

      The management however is hypocrite when it comes to promotions. If you are well connected or have political ties with senior management then its easier for you to get promoted

      Pros

      Benefits package is great, management is great at telling you what you need to improve. Pay is always on time and exactly what it should be, according to the math.

      Cons

      Management is terrible at telling you what to do to improve. This is a direct quote from a supervisor: "I'm not telling you what I want to hear, I'm not allowed, and if you don't improve, you won't be here in 3 months." It was not even a first warning, just friendly advice to the entire team in a weekly meeting. The stress and pressure to perform is so high it's ridiculous, and I am a person who thrives under stress.
