Pros

Freedom to go get a starbucks when it it slow. Operate independantly often.

Cons

Cut throat Competition. Expected to break company policy to achieve high sales goals by working off the clock. Inventory control was a joke. Sales Rep removed phones without paperwork but with manager's knowing in order to sell off site. Upper Management was rough with employees. Customer Service is lip service. This is a dog eat dog world for not that great of a paycheck.

Pros

Good salary and benefits to start. Cutting edge products and industry.

Cons

There is no formal process for personal development. Overworked. Stagnant wages for four years straight. I got promoted and ended up making less money than in my previous position for two of those years. Unrealistic goal setting, changes in leadership very often, disconnect between the field and leadership. Relationships seem more important than results when it comes to personal advancement. Very little formal job performance feedback (once a year). Senior managment disintrested.
