      T-Mobile has a surprising lack of educated, experienced management.

      Pros

      Salary is competitive. Many nice people.

      Cons

      Uneducated management that is promoted based on personal relationships. Retail experience is seen as superior to education. Chaotic management reorg's with poorly researched and planned campaigns. This creates tiers of poor decision making that sets up reasoning for the next reorg. There is an internal reason that T-Mobile is number four in their market.

      Pros

      Great benefits, great people, fun technology. It is great to connect customers to the people who matter most through wireless technology. The benefits package is great including employee phone plan, medical, dental, vision, flex spending, 401K with a company match, and tuition reimbursement.

      Cons

      The company does not seem to understand what tools and support that the front line employees need to deliver on their goals. Antiquated IT systems are unacceptable for a technology company in 2011. There have been too many external hires for leadership positions which is bad for employee morale.
