      Great Place to Work

      Pros

      T-Mobile is a great place to work, my manager is not just a manager she is a great leader, and leads by example. Her boss is also great, he is a try leader as well not just a manager. They both have given me the tools I need to become a better sales rep.

      Cons

      The only downside to T-Mobile is that the onboarding proccess can take sometimes longer then it should. I have seen qualified applicatents walk away because of the time it takes to get hired.

      Pay, benefits are good. The people you work with are fun and engaging. The environment is exciting and upbeat always.

      Cons

      There is little room for advancement once you're in a management position unless you are flexible with location. No feeback or development once you've reached a management position.
