Pros

Great benefits, friendly non-executive Managers

Cons

* very difficult to get promoted * way too much micro-management these last couple years. * way too many incompetent engineers and project managers * Sr. Mgt keeps changing the company goals; and adjusting blue chip numbers, which in turn negatively impact employee bonuses. * Merit increases have not at all matched cost of living increases in San Francisco Bay Area... San Fran Mkt Techs are all grossly underpaid and our bonuses have pretty much disappeared these last couple years; although we may actually get one later this month (August 2010)
