Pros

Working in an industry, and a company that is growing every single day. Great compensation and high level management are always improving how business is done, and how it's offered to consumers.

Cons

Unless you come in from a different company, it can be very difficult to get any form of management job. I wish I could say that T-Mobile promoted from within, but it's mostly people who switch over who get top jobs.

Pros

Getting to know amazing coworkers and fun customers. Really helps you grow your people and sales skills. Pay is good you really control how much you get paid with your commission.

Cons

Job can be extremely stressful. Mostly due to the fact that managers have so much pressure put down on them by their district manager. This gets passed onto the sales associates and causes you to be really pushy and can make customers uncomfortable. The company spends millions advertising certain plans to the public but really only wants you to up sell when they come in, even if they don't really need more than the advertised plan.
