Pros

- Encouraged to own issues by thinking of the customer's situation - Career pathing opportunities were abundant (especially for self starters) - Management that cares for your development - Pay - Constant feedback and development (same as Con)

Cons

- As with any organization, inconsistencies between location, even though the company does make a solid effort to ensure consistency - Constant feedback and development (same as Pro)

Great company had great benefits and flexible with work life. Pay is over the average amount for call center jobs.

Cons

Has to many stats and worried about money which has made customer service drop for employees. In order to move up in the company has to know the right people to be friends with.
