      Pros

      They are pretty good in being flexible with work hours for employees and also allows individuals to work at home. They are good in providing relocation services for employees who lived out of state.

      Cons

      Lack of experience and/or education of employees who get promoted to management. More political than most other work environments. Favoritism and workplace bullying are observed. Sometimes, promotion is given for tenure rather than experience or education.

      Pros

      Great benefits, the ability to work from home when required, good salary, and generally a stimulating and challenging place to work. The work is just challenging enough that it allows you to learn without being overwhelmed. Generally the mood is professional and people are friendly and helpful to work with.

      Cons

      No food can be purchased in the building, you have to go out to the restaurants. The buildings are stiuated on a hill, so it's sort of hard to walk up and down them if you have mobility hassles. The buses do come by Factoria, but they don't seem to come as often as for other places in the city.

      Pros

      The corporate culture was one where you felt like all your contributions were working towards a common goal of improving the customer experience.

      Cons

      You have to know how to 'play the game' to really get ahead. Promotions seem to be more about who you know, not what you know.
