Pros

Great Pay, Inside in the AC all day long talking tech and selling service. Great job if you are able to simplify things and fix problems.

Cons

My biggest complaint is the outdated system that we use and the amount of paperwork that we use to do our job.

Pros

Great pay, represents a real team culture and under stands importance of work/life balance. Benefits were also great including 401K match, equipment and service discounts. The culture did make you want to take care of its customers.

Cons

Consistency from market to market needs work. Resources are heavily leveraged towards larger population areas. This creates inconsistencies in service for customers in smaller markets and hurts the brand and our ability to compete against other carriers.
