Pros

The pay can be good, when goals are reasonable. Plenty of promotion opportunities. Benefits are good

Cons

Goals are often not achievable, which reduces pay. There can be a lot of stress and micromanagement. Customer facing roles deal with all the negatives of dealing with the general public

Pros

Competitive pay for entry level jobs in the area.

Cons

Underpaid in support roles, it's hard to promote with requirements to relocate if not in an HQ, and they have had multiple rounds of layoffs since the Sprint merger.

Pros

T-Mobile has a strong culture that emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and innovation. Teams are generally supportive and leadership does a good job reinforcing the company’s mission and values. There are many opportunities to work cross-functionally, particularly on large projects that have real impact on the business.

Cons

Because of the size of the organization, processes can sometimes be complex and involve multiple layers of approvals. Priorities may shift quickly as the business evolves, which can occasionally create challenges with workload management and timelines.
