Pros

pay (for now) people (they are in the same boat with you)

Cons

Rules and policy constantly changes (this isnt new but its getting worse) They will say one thing, reassure you, then don't follow through ( get it in writing no matter the promise) Unethically changes to meet metrics Favortism Promote to fire ( there is a contant situation in from what i know just charleston) but they will promote you then 2 months later "restructure" rename the role, for the people who were kicked out of the role were fired or made to reapply.

Good benefits and perks. Potential to make good money.

Cons

Stressful. Some managers are micro-managers. Changes from the top level seem to be implemented without good thought or direction on what actually impacts the business. This directly affects your commissions.
