T-Mobile reviews

I left T-Mobile because I was tired of the reorgs which stopped my ability to get promoted since I was getting a new a manager every few year. T-Mobile does well with focusing on the front line employees which is great but lack support for job specific career growth. Their idea of how you grow is moving to a different team does not matter if you have a passion or even want to do anything outside of what you originally applied for and got hired to do. This has been what I have with in the Technology team. However, you will promoted if you are a yes person and allow them to over work you. Even though there has been crazy growth with the network employees suffered a lot over the past 5-6 years and got burnt from T-Mobile lack of ability to add on the additional people where it was needed. I moved on to a new opportunity and I have found some T-Mobile employees that left due to the same reasons.

Limited upwards mobility. Work from home policy conservative and openness to different ways of working limited. Promotions based on seniority/favoritism rather than on skill level on value proposal.
