Pros

Wireless is an exciting industry which is filled with ever changing new technology. T-Mobile is finally stepping up their game to compete !

Cons

Upper Management is not as good as it used to be. Scare tactics and focusing on what they call the "behaviors" has gotten nowhere. If they would just have more faith in their leadership team and get to know and trust the managers THEY hired, morale would be higher and service and sales would be more consistent.

Pros

Competitive salary, College tuition reimbursement, Good benefits. A perfect job for a college student. Flexible schedules for part-timers. A safe work place.

Cons

Very little room to grow. T-Mobile in Brooklyn, hires mainly from the outside. The company has cut a great deal of its budget since the beginning of the recession. Simply put, a good job for students, but a hard business to grow with. There is very little internal promotion.
