TP is a well-rounded environment that encourages collaborative, critical thinking to discover solutions to problems. Results are given credit and the merit of your work dictates your role.

Cons

The environment is extremely high paced. So many aspects can change the pace of your day significantly. Telecommunications is an ever-expanding market, and TP is a massive fixture in that world; so they experience so many changes, it can be challenging to balance at times.

Pros

Great management, work from home opportunities, makes me feel accepted and that I can be myself, leadership cares about the employees and not just the business, great PTO and sick time benefits, lots of opportunities to make additional money for sales customer experts and leaders.

Cons

Sometimes too fast paced environment to easily keep up, workload hard to fit into scheduled times, raises need to be more.
