Moves happen at short notice, very little attention to mental health

Work from home Stress free job Management is great Hr is not a pain

Cons

Pay could be better but I’m not complaining Some times it’s hard to understand how to follow correct procedures Very strict on over time (client based) Hard to become manager (client based) Inshurance is too expensive The people who slack off at their job get too meany chances
