Cons

A little too connected - I get emails and notifications that don't relate to my departments or work at all on occasion. In my department, some days can be very slow and others can be very busy, so it's not the best if you need a consistent work flow. Besides that, I haven't worked here long enough to encounter any significant cons yet, but every company can grow and improve.

I was 19 years old when I started my job at TP and it was the right thing to do. I met so much amazing people and I found a job where I can do what I love. I also found new things I wanna try in the future. TP offers Psychological help around the clock and for someone with former depression, autism and adhd it's like heaven. I don't get discriminated or discouraged because of it. I get accepted and all the help I need when i am in situations I cannot handle on my own. I moved to a another country and TP offered a room in an apartment with furniture. I am working in home office and that is amazing cause I know that I would have given up when I would need to go to the office to do my work. I am standing on my own two feet and thank to TP I am proud to be where I am.

You need to pay for your own ventilator.
