Cons

Management is promoted from within and may have less training and experience than you have so when you have a conflicting conversation with fresh wet behind the ear leadership they will find a petty reason to write you up so you don’t get your bonus for the month. Poorly managed Management are only out for themselves There are no team players it’s you against them
