Pros

When i got hired at teleperformance, for me it was a big opportunity especially to a beginner like me in a bpo industry. And i thought it was exhausting to became a call center agent but with the help of my co-workers who is being nice and friendly to me my life at is to became memorable. Although there is some agent who's rude to me but i ignored it and focus to my friends who love me.

Cons

There is downside being at Teleperformance because there is so many dispute here and when it comes to my second account i experience the delayed in my first salary on that account which is financial account. And there is some team leader there that is worst. But there is some team leader there is the best.

This is suitable for a newbie and also it will open a lot of opportunity for you to be grow and explore a lot of things with everyday journey it will take you closer to your future as you wanted. The environment is good and also the security is very secured it terms of confidentiality.

Cons

The computer's in training room was always broken the system having an issue.
