A good oppotunity

Pros

As I mention in the headline, work in Teleperformance was a good oppotunity to improve myself and my English and also have experience to work with angry and happye customer, how to help them, etc.

Cons

Many times the best way to climb the position was through acquaintances and some supervisors do not even help you, but obviously they are not all.

Gives you best chance to interact with customers in different countries. No bossy environment. Working for last 1.5 years and no issues with any department. Everyone is helpful (HR, OPERATIONS)
