We believe that by encouraging our employees to develop their knowledge and take on new responsibilities, we create different opportunities for promotion, development, and professional growth. The JUMP programme is a great example of this, as 80% of our company’s employees have already been promoted through this internal programme, which seeks to identify and prepare our employees to take on leadership positions in the company.

The best reason for me to work in teleperformance is that, the work environment is friendly and we can always observe professionalism among employees.

Cons

Other than the location that we should always consider, I don't think that there is a negative thing about working with TP.
