      Great company, not the best exit experience

      Pros

      Excellent work culture. Fellow employees are very professional and friendly. Very structured, process driven, and many support departments that can lend a hend and help achieve goals.

      Cons

      Was let go due to downsizing, which is very understandable but exit experience was bad, was given only 2 days notice. Also, had excellent performance and contributed greatly to the company and was recongnized for it, but didn't get the desired recommendations that would help in finding another job
