Good for Fresh Graduate. You will learn how BPO company works. Good HMO. 13th Month. IT Bonus once-twice a year.

Cons

IT Management don't value their IT Personnel. No training for IT. IT group pointing fingers on issues. Pioneer ITs doing some power tripping.
