      As a developer it is maybe the best that you can find in this country.

      Pros

      Good compensation compared to the market, great balance in time, great people.

      Cons

      An incredible amount of bureaucracy for even the minimal thing, every request takes weeks over weeks. There are too many meetings, at least two besides the regular SCRUM rituals. The "security" makes the work slow, to say the least, for instance, the VPN they use takes half of your bandwidth.
