Pros

If you are hard-working, you will easily gain promotion as well. For a starting level it's the best company to work with. The shift says it’s for 9 hours but working is only for 8 hours.

Teleperformance is a very good place to be a part of, friendly environment, helpful management, not much pressure in work. Target-based work, many processes available, non-voice, voice, chat process, content moderation, etc.
