      A good place to start. Do not stay there for more than 2 or 3 years or you're wasting your life away

      Good place to start out, or get out of a bind if you need money Quick hiring, timely pay and decent bonuses if you learn to play by their rules Decent benefits and scholarship opportunities Coworkers are usually fun, mostly young and hungry people that will have fun with you

      Cons

      Information security policy makes you feel like you're heading to jail when walking towards the operations floor (metal detector on the entrance, no wallet, no cellphone, no paper allowed, can get instantly fired if found with any of these on the security checkpoint) No work/life balance Job advancement only possibly if you sweet talk middle management Feels like entering a fallout shelter during your shift, no communication with the outside world Micromanagement is encouraged, you WILL BE MICROMANAGED on all positions Workstation and internet access heavily restricted, you can and will be fired if you are caught navigating to a non-work related website (even if its the local news)
