Pros

Working with a fab team of people, who are now life long friends. Food ok in restaurant , that's it really.

Cons

The company is not interested in its staff. Loyalty and hard work means nothing to them. The higher management are just awful. No clue on reality.

Pros

- Quick to get the job, was 'recruited' via my CV online (Reed.co.uk) on the Thursday and was working by the Monday - They post ads daily for new staff so if you apply with one of the agencies (or direct), then you'll be likely to get a job - People are fun

Cons

- You feel like the battery hen of the customer service world: poor lighting (no natural light), relentless work load, constant stress, excessive screen time, entirely sedentary role - It's not really 'customer service' and more 'complaints handling' - Exceptionally high turn over of staff, which means there's not much morale, negative atmosphere and a mistrust of management - Doesn't pay enough for what you're expected to do/abuse you have to sit through from customers
