None. Other than finding like minded employees/friends who also fell into the Teleperformance trap when desperate for a job.

WHERE DO I BEGIN - Minimum Wage - No sick Pay - 20 minutes TIMED toilet breaks - Do not let you take a toilet break in your first hour of shift - No Maternity Pay - If you’re late back from break, they will decrease your pay - No support from management - No recognition of good performance - No progression. You only have a chance of this if you kiss the managers behinds - No empathy or sympathy for employees personal lives/medical issues - Managers pass their work to lower down employees - No staff bonus. Despite management getting this if targets are hit I could go on and on. ANY GOOD REVIEWS YOU SEE OF THIS COMPANY ARE ONE OF TWO THINGS: 1. A fake review 2. A member of management who lives lavishly off the back of his slave labour employees
