      Multicultural environment but toxic management and low pay

      Pros

      A multicultural environment with good benefits and the possibility of working in several languages.

      Cons

      Low salaries, low food allowance. Toxic supervision and management with unrealistic and often impossible demands. No flexible hours, and almost always dependent on rotating days off, making it impossible to have a good work-life balance. They change project employees very frequently and almost never renew contracts for permanent staff.

      Pros

      For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

      Cons

      Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.

      Campaigns you join are always shutting down after a few years. Expect it for every campaign. Great for transit but many companies dont take you seriously afterwards due to surface level of knowledge company reputation Oh yeah there was a management and leadership class in which you are taught to divert and confuse the person who brings up issue that need solving. They are not big on problem solvings of any kind top to bottom. Dont expect to learn much there unless if you're looking to learn shady management practices Makes sense why the campaigns are always shutting down TBH
