A few Management flaws, no good annual increment for old employees only promotion is the way to get a good pay

Cons

Management do not care. Trainers do not care, I don't why thwy exoect us to pass with flying cars knowing that thwy barely trained us. Teaching the basics is not enough to prepare you for the hrdships on the actual floor. My trainer is a powertripper, leaving us during during nesting pwriod, will not take sup calls. Basically she just left us all alone. Our wave was oringinally 13, 3 passed including me, but I dis not continue and resigned the next day.
