Pros

They are providing competitive salary. Two way cab facility. One time food is provided during your shift.

Cons

The onboarding process is a bit of a hassle. There is very minimal communication or clarity over your shifts. The e-onboarding process is kind of lame as they do not provide the offer letter before joining. You'll have to accept the offer to actually see the terms n conditions, which absolutely didn't make sense to me.
