      - Culture, culture, culture! - Great work/life balance - Bright and driven people. And they are nice, too. - Flexible time - Middle management: I've had two managers so far; both are very easy to deal with, both had no problems when I needed extra time to deal with issues at home - Best health insurance I've had - RSU awards - 401k contribution is average - 3%

      Cons

      None so far. Oh, well, if I must - vacation could be 4 weeks, not 3 :)

      Best Software in the space, very excited user base, young company with good potential future.

      Cons

      Adjusting to more normal growth from "Hyper Growth" still figuring out what that means. More than likely turning into a very average sales culture.

      Cons

      A product consultant is not a sales person (although plays a supporting role). Thus unclear why in this role employees have a variable component of pay which they can't really influence.
