      Passionate, dedicated, motivated, hard working, humble people. Which make the product what it is. When faced with challenges, we band together and get after it.

      Growing pains for sure, which is to be expected. Tons of change.

      Great place to work, low pay for entry level positions

      Pros

      Great work environment, free food and other amenities you typically expect from companies in IT.

      Cons

      Getting hired in an entry level and being promoted from within nets you a significantly lower salary than potentially less-qualified outside hires. If you plan on sticking around (unless you were hired externally into a more senior role) expect small pay bumps during yearly performance assessments.
