Pros

Generally speaking as long as you do your job direct management will have your back in a pinch.

Cons

The harder you work it’s clear that you become too valuable to promote unless there’s a clear agenda. But I digress, those that benefit from said agenda should get their bread. Everyone else that doesn’t benefit should stick to exactly what their job requirements state.

Pros

Great work environment. Great benefits.

Cons

Bad management. Mico-manage you constantly. Random work hours on random days, not a fixed schedule.
