Pros

Positive working culture, great benefits, constant communication regarding employee performance, endless growth potential

Cons

Salaried positions require a significant amount of overtime, location is chosen for you and can often be a great distance from your place of living depending on what district you are assigned to.

Pros

Pay, customers were nice, constantly changing work environment.

Cons

Once went four weeks without pay and no manager or HR cared untill I stressed I haven't gotten paid yet and for some reason, they thought I was talking about my pay rate? (which I still don't understand why) My department felt like a one man team, because it was just me and my boss who was CONSTANTLY behind on paper work, so work days that he was in with me would seem like I was alone cause he was in a bad mood because how much work he had to catch up on, unless it was a total emergency, like a guest complaint or something along those lines. Rude managers who were constantly stressed out and would never allow you to ask questions. Seemed as if they would micromanage people they didn't like, just to get them out.
