Pros

Flexible schedule, good if you are looking to feel part of a team. Quite a bit of freedom in the assets protection role

Cons

No connection to upper management, no real desire to change. Not a good discount, lots of indoctrination involved. Repetitive most days.

Pros

The people and the culture (as long as store has a good HR).

Cons

Very unrealistic expectations, encourages unsafe behavior during stops, turns a blind eye to breaking to rules as long as results are produced.
