Pros

Promotion opportunities Flexible with schedule Recognition

Cons

It can be political. Must work weekends they don't hire executives within the company; easier to be an ETL if you apply as an external.

Pros

I was able to work without anyone over my shoulder until they changed management. I had the ability to create my own schedule, relative to business needs.

Cons

They allow anyone with a degree, of any kind, to be over a department they have no clue about. However, the company expects YOU to train your clueless supervisor instead of promoting YOU.

Pros

Friendly group of people to work for and we had a great team environment. I loved all the people interaction you will get here.

Cons

Compensation was the biggest downfall of this job. They didn't give us any motivate to perform above and beyond because of that.
