Pros

Work & life balance Clean Friendly There is a lot of micro managing, so if you like that you'll love Target

Cons

Making payroll is rough Store climate (temperature) is never right. There is never enough equipment at any store regardless of volume.

Pros

The people you work with are great. Target does a lot of recognition by buying snacks for its employees. Great HR, leave of absence is a plus, taking time of for a medical reason or a funeral are all compensated for.

Cons

The managers are no better than regular team members. Team leaders are taken advantage of and worked to the bone. The pay at Target should be more competitive compared to its market.
