Pros

Great corperate culture, extremely competitive pay, and we are a hands on company, meaning we can make apprehensions and use the necessary non violent hands on intervention tactics if needed to detain a shoplifter

Pros

Target has great benefits and compensation packages, especially when you reach the higher levels. They also have great benefits to help team members gong through hard times.

Cons

Over the past two years the company has done away with a lot of what made it stand out, community events, work life balance and employee recognition and ability to grow.
