Pros

Helpful coworkers and generally good atmosphere. Time off accrual is fast and health benefits are above average.

Cons

Minimum 50 hour weeks, though certain weeks you may be working 60. Not forced to work over 50 but there is a certain unspoken rule of not leaving if others can’t as well in order to support. Generally work life balance can be difficult.
