Pros

Good benefits and enjoy working in store. The starting pay is decent.

Cons

Lot of emphasis on AP because the company lost billions last year, so there is so much more micromanagement. There are so many Zoom calls that take up so much time and aren't productive.

Pros

Target offers good benefits and for the most part takes care of their employees. There are opportunities for moving up and promoting in the company.

Cons

If you don’t fit the exact mold of what they want, more than likely you won’t promote. They will overwork you without moving you up or paying you more and expect you train new people who get paid more than you.
